Only after our extensive initial dialogue with you and intensive review of your Client Info Package (which we will send to you) can we begin to engineer your bike. After your Dream Bicycle is completed, it must be precisely fitted to you – the components must be adjusted to position you perfectly on your CICLI SPORTIVI for optimal comfort, performance and satisfaction. The pre and post build PROFORM services can be performed perfectly in a variety of ways. For those who can visit us in person, we offer a 15% discount right off the top to offset the travel expenses. For our “Fly Ins”, we provide complimentary airport and hotel transportation, including car service to and from our Shop. Can’t make it? – no worries. We even have the ability to digitize photos of you on your existing bike (whether or not it fits and performs well for you) and extrapolate key data in addition to the Info Package. Or, we can discuss and agree upon a local bike fitter who can accurately collect and reproduce the relevant data. Trust us, please, to get such critical tasks done perfectly.
